Cultural Awareness Week Food Day - P22/23/24 make Bliss Balls and Sauekraut!

Today P22/23/24 made the kiwi classic - Bliss Balls and German Sauekraut. We loved forming the mixture into balls and then rolling them in coconut. Such a healthy treat and delicious too! We were also very lucky to try Turkish Delight and Bublanina (a Czech Republic fruit sponge cake) courtesy of our two wonderful mums, Begum and Svata.
