Pīwakawaka 2022

 What fun we had this week with our lessons from the Aquagym instructors!

We've got some fish in P22 and P26! The children have been enjoying their lessons and showing some real skill in the water. Well done everyone.   

  Congratulations to our winners of our Manaakitanga and Achievement awards  - Otis, Dylani, Otto and Kora on Friday at the Pīwakawaka assembly. You are all amazing!!

Every Friday we have Kimihia in the Piwakawaka Hub. The children can choose the activities that they would like to take part in. We have lots of fun. Whilst doing the activities the children and the teachers are looking out for people who are using our St Albans School Values. This week we were thinking about the value of Respect. Below you can see some of the activities that the children are involved in.  You will also see the wonderful children who were seen showing Respect and received a medal at the end of Kimihia. 💙

 Our first assembly for 2022 was held on Friday. Here are all the new children that started with us this year. Welcome!!!

We had a range of fun activities to choose from during Kimihia today. The children had fun icing biscuits, dressing up, building awesome structures with Julie and even tried to teach Whaea June a thing or two about football.
