            Mindfulness
Both Sarah and June attended Nathan Wallis talk about dealing with trauma last week and the three things that help our students and adults is physical activity, singing and laughter also taking time to be yourself and be calm. Since the beginning of the year we have been teaching the children mindfulness for 10 minutes a day. This really helped on the Friday. There are many youtube clips on children's mindfulness and calming activities. The children really enjoy them and they are great for adults too. Feel free to explore these clips.
